The City of Esch-sur-Alzette is organizing a major "Groussbotz" clean-up action on its territory and invites its residents to take part on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
- Meeting point: Place de l'Hôtel de Ville at 8:30 a.m.
- Distribution of equipment (garbage bag and gloves)
- Participants divided into small groups of around 9 people
- Each group, accompanied by agents from the City of Esch and ANF, will clean up a defined area
- Return to Place de l'Hôtel de Ville around 12:00 p.m.
- Word of thanks from political leaders
- Invitation to a hot meal (vegetarian menu available) with drinks provided by the City.
As this event will be coordinated by the city's Ecology Department, registration is mandatory. Please send your proposal for a clean-up site and the number of participants by Wednesday, March 20, 2024, by e-mail to ecologie@villeesch.lu or by telephone to +352 26 541 541.
This action is an eco-responsible event, for which the City of Esch-sur-Alzette has been able to obtain the "Green Events" logo (a project of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Sustainable Development; more information at www.greenevents.lu).
